What is it?
The Smile P1 gives you real-time insight in your energy- and gas consumption and costs. You can see in detail how much energy you use and what the costs are.
How does it work?
You connect the Smile P1 to the P1 port on your smart meter. The Smile P1 sends the data of your energy usage wireless to the app on your smartphone or tablet. Your total energy usage is shown in clear graphs and overviews. This makes it possible to check if your measures to save energy really work.
Caution: To be able to use the Smile P1, you will need a smart meter with a P1 port. If you do not have a smart meter yet, please contact your grid operator.
Historical user consumption
You can check your historical user consumption per hour, day, week, month or even per year. The first six months you will receive your historical user consumption in house as well as outdoors for free. After six months you will receive an automatic notification in your Plugwise app. You will be redirected to our webshop where you can prolong your subscription to have insight in your historical data outdoors.
Production of your solar panels
Use the Smile and the Plugwise app along with the Stretch and compare your main meter usage with your usage per device. With this you are also able to see the relationship between the proceeds of your solar panels and your total usage. That is a real complete insight into your energy consumption!
