It can prepare either 1 litre of fresh tea or boil 1.2 litres of water. The tea filter is suitable for use with either tea bags or tea leaves. By using the rotary knob, the filter can be lowered easily into the water and raised out again. This allows you to determine how long you let the tea steep. Its 4 adjustable temperatures make the Fresh Tea Maker suitable for traditional English (black) tea as well as for delicate teas, such as Chinese tea, green tea and herbal tea. Once the tea is ready, the machine automatically switches over to the hotplate function to keep the tea warm. The carafe can be removed from the base. It is cordless and can rotate 360'.
