There are several great reasons to cook with these: all pots are made of premium quality stainless steel 18/10 and boast a consistent wall thickness of 0.8 mm paired with a special base featuring a 5 mm aluminum core. All have helpful inside filling/measuring scales. As cookware experts we know how important it is for pots to have a tight seal. Hence, all of our lids are made of from shatterproof glass and have all-around silicone. If desired, all lids can be fit with a thermometer that is included in the set.
