Vacuum bags must be resistant, airproof and suitable for food contact. The REBER three-layer bags respect all these requirements: two layers inside in polyethylene suitable for food contact; the external layer in polyamide guarantees the air tightness; two polyethylene layers make the bag more resistant to perforation or tears, safe in case of contact with other food and, as it prevents the penetration of humidity, it reduces the creation of frost and ice crystals when stored in the freezer. Furthermore REBER bags are realized with a special anti-UV filter which protects the content from the exposition to light. The special impressions on the surface helps the air come out thus facilitate the creation or real vacuum.
