There is, however, no waterproof insert in the mittens so they are not entirely waterproof. Thus the warm style is most suitable for dry, frosty winter days - for additional warmth and comfort we recommend warm woolen mittens underneath during the coldest days. Thanks to the zipper, the mittens are easy to slip on little hands and the soft polyester knit linings feels comfortable against the skin.
