Everyone knows about the constant bother of food having been bought shortly before loosing
its appetising looks and taste or becoming spoilt in just a matter of days.

Food is packed in a plastic bag, from which all air is extracted by suction. Then the bag is securely sealed. This method prolongs the shelf-life of food by 3 to 5 times as much.
All flavours are preserved: fruit, vegetables, culinary herbs, mushrooms and nuts taste as if freshly harvested, with their wholesome vitamins being retained. Sausage products and meat maintain their savoury taste, while cheese preserves its degree of ripeness.
In the vacuum generated there is no chance for freezer burn, bacteria or mould to develop.
Storage times relating to freezers, fridges or pantries become essentially extended when using vacuum sealing.
