Controlling is so easy by softly touching icons of the external display panel. Various power level keys such as warming, flame icon and power boost are also useful.

Induction cooktops have the same instant control as gas and are the fastest of all cooktop types to heat and cook food - for example, they take about half the time of conventional electric cooktops to boil water.
easy to clean
The only area heated whilst cooking is the area with active magnetic field leaving the rest of the surface cool and easy to clean. Continuous surface with no dirt traps, and the controls are touch-sensitive, so there are no knobs to clean around.
safe to operate
Induction cooktop technology only heats the area that comes in contact with the magnetic or iron-content cookware, leaving the un-used portion of the element unheated. The cookware itself heats the food not the stove.
