WEA453e has received the highest level of IP67 certification of the electrical equipment enclosure protection standard (IES-529 Standard). This guarantees the correct operation of the AP regardless of the weather conditions. What’s more, the AP is protected against dust and its performance is guaranteed even after being submerged in water for 30 minutes in depths of less than 1 m.

<b>Embedded security features</b>
WEA453e is the first outdoor AP equipped with wireless LAN security features. It provides full protection against WLAN intrusion, detecting an attack within 10 seconds and disabling it within 30 seconds with its embedded WIPS functionality. It received the industry-based ITSCC certification by the Korean Evaluation and Certification Scheme.
