EZ Connect™ 2.4GHz Directional Home Antenna The EZ Connect™ 2.4 GHz Directional Home Antenna (SMCHMANT-6) provides an extended range solution for your wireless network hardware. This new 6dBi directional antenna supports all 2.4 GHz Wi Fi standards, including IEEE 802.11b, 802.11b+, and the new high performance 802.11g. By adding this antenna to your Barricade Router with detachable Antennas or a wireless PCI adapter with detachable antenna you will improve signal strength and signal quality while increasing the total coverage area up to 50%. Supporting a total plug-and-play installation, this antenna can be setup in seconds. To install, simply remove one of the antennas from your Barricade Router or the antenna on your PCI card and connect the new SMCHMANT-6 and you are done. If you connect the antenna to your PCI card, place the antenna on your desk and point it in the direction of your router for best performance. Included with 2 universal antenna connector cables, the EZ Connect 2.4 GHz Directional Home Antenna will work with any wireless device.
