SMCWEBS-N EZ Connect N Wireless Access Point/Repeater The EZ ConnectTM 300Mbps Wireless Access Point/ Repeater (SMCWEBS-N) is a multi-functional Wireless-N networking device supporting Access Point, Repeater and Ethernet Client modes. Designed for multimedia applications the SMCWEBS-N can be used in Access Point mode to add high-speed wireless connectivity to your network, or Ethernet Client mode to simultaneously connect multiple Ethernet enabled devices such as a gaming console, digital media player or Network Attached Storage. Support for WDS provides a repeater mode to extend the range of a wireless network, or a bridge mode to connect a remote LAN segment to an Internet connection. The SMCWEBS-N is IEEE802.11n certified utilizing advanced MIMO technology to deliver incredible speed and range while maintaining full backwards compatibility with the Wireless-G (802.11g) and Wireless-B (802.11b) standards. With wireless speeds up to 300Mbps there is enough bandwidth to simultaneously stream video and audio, play online games, transfer large files, make VoIP calls and surf the Internet.
