Next-business-day loan unit
Throughout the three years of PrimeSupport cover, if your problem cannot be resolved via the helpline, we’ll activate our no-hassle product loan service. A next-business-day loan unit will be delivered to your chosen address, and the faulty unit will be collected, minimising disruption to your business.
Easy to purchase and activate
PrimeSupport Plus contracts can be purchased from your dealer, and are available for all VPL business projectors. These contracts are easy to activate by returning the simple registration card.

It feels good to know that help is available if your product develops a fault. This PrimeSupport Plus Uplift gives you peace of mind by providing a free next-business-day loan unit (for 3 years).
Minimise any loss
Equipment downtime can be costly – not only financially but also to your reputation, so PrimeSupport Plus is designed to minimise your loss. In the event of product failure, all financial costs are covered – parts (excluding consumables such as lamps), labour and logistics to and from our state-of-the-art European repair centres – and you’ll receive a free next-business-day loan unit, delivered to your chosen address.
