Five years’ cover
The PrimeSupport Plus 2-year Extension achieves a total of five years’ cover. Buy this at the time of your product purchase to extend the duration of cover by an additional 2 years (from 3 years’ standard cover to a total of 5 years).
Easy to purchase and activate
PrimeSupport Plus contracts can be purchased from your dealer, and are available for all VPL business projectors. These contracts are easy to activate by returning the simple registration card.
Specialist telephone support
PrimeSupport Plus gives you access to an exclusive, multilingual telephone helpline, staffed by technical experts with a detailed understanding of business projectors. This helpline is the first point of contact for all service requests, and is available from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Central European Time (CET). Our experts handle calls in English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Collect-and-deliver repair service
If your problem cannot be resolved via the helpline, we’ll activate our no-hassle collect-and-deliver repair service. All financial costs are covered – parts (excluding consumables such as lamps), labour and logistics to and from our state-of-the-art European repair centres. Collection and delivery is available to any address within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
