As a part of the new product strategy Tandberg Data offers now SLR Cartridges with a complete new modern and unique layout for all current SLR tape drives. The design for SLR cartridges for not actual SLR tape drives will not be changed.
One benefit with Tandberg SLR cartridges is that a backup can be done faster than ever. By switching off the time incentive verify pass, the time for the backup will be reduced by half in time as Tandberg SLR media`s have the capability of read-while-write-function.
