The call manager tiptel 355 ISDN increases the features of small and middle-size PABXs by the call transfer and message functions. This call manager guarantees that every caller is greeted in the same friendly manner and then transferred to the requested contact person. If this person cannot be reached at the moment, the caller may leave a message on one of the mailboxes of the integrated voicemail system. Due to the ISDN technology, two calls can be managed imultaneously. Depending on the multi-media card used, between two and six hours recording capacity are available. of this call manager which helps to improve significantly the telephone contacts to customers and interested parties. Furthermore, it relieves the burden on your staff by a professional call management.

The call manager tiptel 355 ISDN offers you the following functions for a perfect telephone contact
to your customers and interested parties:

Welcome and transfer
The caller is greeted with afriendly welcome message and is then, for example, transferred to a collective number.

Automatic switchboard
The caller is greeted and can use tone dialling to transfer himself to the desired contact person.

Queue in case of overflow
If the requested extension is busy, the caller hears a busy message and remains in the queue until the subscriber is reached.

Voicemail system
9 mailboxes for the recording of incoming messages are available for departments / sections or staff: remote-control and remote interrogation for each of these mailboxes; individual message
transfer function to mobile phones and time control.

Menu-guided information system
This feature relieves your staff from constantly having to handle recurring customer inquiries. The caller can use tone dialling to obtain and listen to the required information on the phone (up to 9 outgoing messages with unlimited length are available).

- a total of 28 OGMs (1 pre-programmed OGM, 9 individual OGMs, 18 mailbox messages,
unlimited message length)
- automatic setting of daylight-saving time (summer / winter)
- 12 minutes recording capacity for each call
