Overview
A fast and convenient repair solution is yours with the ServiceExpress plan. If your notebook requires service, you can choose from two express service options - depot express and carry-in express.
Program Details
With our depot express option, your notebook is shipped to our state-of-the-art depot repair center, where it is repaired and returned you via overnight delivery. Or, you can choose our carry-in express option, where you can go to the front of the line for express notebook service at any of our Premier Authorized Service Providers.

- The highest priority is given when repairs are needed to ensure a quick turnaround;
- 24x7 access to the status of your depot express repair at www.pcsupport.toshiba.com.
Program Details:
- Must be purchased within the first 30 days of product purchase;
- ServiceExpress carry-in option is only available at a Toshiba Premier Authorized Service Provider (ASP). A list of Premier ASP's is available at www.pcsupport.toshiba.com;
- To purchase 4th Year Renewal plan, prior purchase of 3 year service plan required and must be purchased within 3 year extended service plan period;
- Available for all Toshiba notebooks with a one (1) year standard warranty;
- The term of the program begins on the original purchase date of your notebook;
- All Service Plans are issued by Service Net.
- Allow up to 3 - 4 weeks after purchase of this program to receive email confirmation of your service entitlement.
