Toshiba introduces a 20/30GB 1.8-inch embedded HDD for consumer electronic (CE) devices, the MK2008GAL/MK3008GAL.
Enabling some of today's most exciting, small form factor mobile devices, the new mini-drives offer manufacturers significant storage for consumer, commercial and PC applications - such as music players, handheld PCs, PDAs, wearable computers and laptops.
The drives have been designed to fulfil specific customer requirements for high performance HDD technology increasingly shrinking mobile devices. They feature high-density, low power consumption, LIF (Low Insertion Force) connectors and are just 5x54x71mm.
