technician come right to your business location. If your computer has a hardware failure, and the issue cannot be resolved via phone-based troubleshooting, a technician will arrive with parts at your location typically by the next business day to perform the necessary hardware repairs.

Program Details:
- For business locations only, within 75 miles of most major metro areas in US.
- Request for service must be received before 4:00 PM local time to receive next business day service.
- Must be purchased within the first 30 days of product purchase.
- Available for all Toshiba notebooks with a two (2) year standard warranty.
- The term of the program begins on the original purchase date of your notebook.
- Allow up to 3 - 4 weeks after purchase of this program to receive a letter confirming warranty entitlement.
