Being one of the new generation of barcode printers from TOSHIBA TEC, the TEC B-482 builds on the industry renowned BX Series, and adds a number of advanced features. These include faster processing and a larger standard memory capacity. Furthermore, using an optional PCMCIA Ethernet LAN card offers Internet Web Printer Control, E-mail, FTP and XML functionality.

Also available is a basic program feature allowing the B-482 to adapt and process data in new ways removing the need to reprogram existing systems
