Latte macchiato - the "stained milk" served in a tall glass is the latte macchiato with its three layers. Coffee specialists recommend whole milk with a high protein content. The correct temperature of approx. 60°C is also important. Barista code: Base: 10.5 mm Lip: 3.5 mm Thick walls at the bottom to keep the temperature at 60° and so the glass is easy to hold. The open shape makes the layering effect and the fine pores of the milk foam attractive to look at.
