XciteRC Eurocopter Tiger

Eurocopter Tiger - 3,5 channel RTF helicopter As early as 1984 the German and French government came up with a requirements catalogue for a modern multipurpose attack helicopter. A Joint Venture originating from the french Aérospatiale and the German MMB, later the Eurocopter Group, was determined as manufacturer. Because of the high costs the program was folded, then continued in 1986. The outcome produced in series since 2002 is the Eurocopter Tiger. First in use as an anti-tank helicopter 2 (PAH-2) for the german armed forces it is now the support helicopter (UHT). The final assembly of the helicopter takes place in Donauwörth, Marignane, Albacete and Australia.

The XciteRC model is based on the original in detail. The officially licensed model is equipped with a coax double-rotor system that makes the helicopter easy to control. Due to the i-helicopter technology and assisted by the included iBlast dongle the RC helicopter can be controlled via every commercially available Smartphone with iOS or Android™-operating system.

Via touch of a button two speed levels can be selected. The recharge of the integrated LiPo battery works with the included USB- charger lead for example connected to the home PC. Also included in the delivery contents are spare rotor blades. The RTF model is usable directly after the batteries charge.
