DualBIOS™ - Patentierter Dual BIOS Schutz
GIGABYTE DualBIOS™ liefert zwei physikalische BIOS ROMS auf dem Mainboard. Der zweite Chip dient als "Backup"-BIOS und hat die Werkseinstellungsversion des BIOS. Wenn Sie feststellen, dass Sie ein Problem haben, brauchen Sie nur das System herunterzufahren und anschließend erneut starten. Wenn ein BIOS-Firmware-Fehler erkannt wurde, wird das Backup-BIOS zunächst wieder die Haupt-BIOS-Datei auf die werkseitige Standard-BIOS-Version zurücksetzen und alles ist wieder normal. Wenn der BIOS-Fehler aufgrund eines Hardware-Schadens entstanden ist, wird das Backup-BIOS die Haupt-BIOS-Funktion übernehmen.
