The Freezer 64 LP has vertical cooling fans that draw a large amount of cool air from opposite ends to cool the CPU fast and effectively. The cooler also features three copper heatpipes to transfer heat rapidly away from the CPU.

The design of the Freezer 64 LP cools the surrounding chipset and voltage regulators and operates much quieter than any stock cooler.
