Day/Night Vario HD-SDI 1080p Outdoor Dome Camera
HD monitoring in a new dimension
High-resolution surveillance images via coaxial cable: The day/night varifocal HD-SDI 1080p outdoor dome displays images in HD 1080p resolution via a coaxial cable. The video signal is transmitted without compression at a rate of 25 images/s (real-time, no latency) to an HD-SDI recorder, or is displayed on an HD-capable monitor or television via HDMI converter.
More resolution, more detail, reduced costs
The HD-SDI camera impresses with up to five times more resolution than a standard analog camera. This allows a larger area to be kept under surveillance, and substantially improves the detection/identification of persons, number plates, etc. Along with excellent image results, it also provides clear cost benefits: Because with an HD-SDI configuration, up to five times fewer cameras and recorder channels are required than with a conventional CCTV system.
Discreet outdoor surveillance by day and night
The 1/2.8'' Sony CMOS image sensor provides detailed images both during the day and at night. Contrasts are compensated by the soft-WDR function – allowing you to get good images even under backlighting conditions encountered at entrances, hall doors, etc. Thanks to a robust housing with an IP66 rating, this dome camera is well equipped for surveillance in unprotected outdoor areas.
Varifocal lens for an optimal viewing angle
With the integrated varifocal lens with a focal length of 3.3–8.0 mm, you can adjust the angle of view of the dome camera optimally to the conditions.
Easy installation via coaxial cable
The decisive advantage: It has never been easier to integrate HD images into video surveillance! This is because it is connected using proven coax cable. There are more advantages for on-site installation: The second video output can be used for connecting a test monitor and an on-screen display.
