The bright, large 3.5” touch screen, gives you clear indications under any light condition, even in bright sunlight. The Acer v200 series feature “Map View Maximizer” technology that zooms in on road details, showing you what you want to see and nothing else to let you concentrate on the driving.
1-Click destination entry
The first thing you see when powering on the Acer v200 series are the maps, saving you time from navigating through complicated menus. With just one tap of your finger on the touch screen you can enter your destination: an address, POI (Point Of Interest) or your favorite location.
Dynamic routing
The Acer v200 Series help you avoid toll roads and parts of roads that you do not wish to be guided over. Smart, when you know for example that you’ll find heavy traffic there.
In addition, the Acer v210 features RDS-TMC (Traffic Message Channel). TMC is a service that informs you on the status of roads, and warns you when a traffic jam, road works or other traffic incidents come up. In most western European countries this is a free service.
For Germany, France and Great Britain, this service is payable and is usually referred to as Premium TMC service. With the Acer v210 you get a lifetime access to premium TMC for free! The Acer v210 uses RDS-TMC from TMCpro in Germany, ViaMichelin in France and TrafficMaster in Great Britain.
