Apacer's new HA202 USB flash drive won Japan's 2005 Good Design Award (G-Mark), one of the most distinguished international industrial/product design awards. The HA202 won the award because of its attractive design, great functionality and performance, user friendly operation, environmentally safe manufacturing and ability to meet the market's needs.
According to Apacer's Chief Product Officer, Elton Fang, winning a second G-Mark award from numerous global participants is a great honor and highlights Apacer's strong product design as well as the ability to apply innovation to new products that lead the market trends. The HA202's first "limited edition" production run featured In-Mold Reprint (IMR) technology and is available in 256 MB, 512 MB, 1 GB ,2 GB and 4 GB sizes.
About the Good Design Award
The Good Design Award was instituted in 1957 and is Japan's only comprehensive design evaluation and commendation system. It is currently the most authoritative award for product design in Asia. The evaluation criteria include appearance, safety, originality, attraction, fulfillment of consumer needs, user convenience, C/P value, function and performance, and user friendliness.
