Products covered include Apple hardware1 such as iPhone, iPod, and Mac computers; iPhone and Mac operating systems; and most Apple tools and applications including iPhone Configuration Utility, Apple Remote Desktop, Aperture, Final Cut Express, Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Server, iLife, iWork, Logic Express, Logic Studio, QuickTime Pro, and Shake. The support plan also provides graphical user interface-level assistance with Mac OS X Server network configuration and server administration.

Every AppleCare Help Desk Support plan includes a single copy of AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a library of Mac OS installation and hardware diagnostic discs that is updated quarterly.
