The hardware repair coverage ensures four-hour onsite response during business hours and next-day onsite response after business hours (terms apply). Onsite response time and availability of onsite service depend on your location. With the AppleCare Premium Service & Support Plan, you▓ll have the assurance that Apple-authorized technicians will perform repairs using genuine Apple parts. Buy a separate AppleCare Premium Service & Support Plan for each Xserve purchased. Please note that to be eligible, the system must be under its original one-year warranty. Coverage is not activated until after you enroll by following the instructions in your enrollment kit. Coverage ends three years after your Xserve system purchase date.
