LVDS Cable, f/ iMac G5 17" (ALS), Used This is a used part from a recycled computer. In the case of a functional part, it has been fully tested prior to putting in stock and is guaranteed to be fully functional.

This is an LVDS cable for the ambient light sensor 1.8GHz & 2.0GHz models of the 17" iMac G5. Not suitable for the iSight 1.9GHz model or the original non-ALS 1.6 & 1.8GHz models.
This cable carries the display signal from the logic board to the back of the LCD panel. Damage to this cable can cause the image on the display to corrupt or disappear.
