130W, 15mm, 12kg The SL2050 food slicer is compact but still offers professional performance, with excellent cutting capacity, thanks to a powerful, silent induction motor, tempered seamless steel blade and to the sturdy carriage, which is able to handle foods of even considerable weight. Extremely silent to operate, due to the blade fitted to an aluminium pulley with ball bearings to guarantee perfect rotary movement. Available with 220 mm blade, which is easily removed. Made in die-cast aluminium alloy, painted with food-grade epoxy powders to protect against corrosion caused by acids or salt. Slicer table, grip arm, blade cover and carriage, complete with ergonomic handle, in anodised aluminium. Professional adjustment dial for cutting thickness. This appliance conforms to EC norms concerning materials in contact with foods.
