The Dream model, is one of the most emblematic coffee machines of the Ascaso factory. This machine, designed by Marc Aranyó, combines the retro look with the latest state-of- the-art technology. Besides from decorating the area where it is placed, this espresso coffee machine provides a professional quality extraction and versatility to offer varieties of coffee (espresso, medium, large) as well as cappuccino and other latte varieties. And always, with great simplicity it its daily use.

Made of high quality brass and designed to distribute the heat uniformly for our espresso to have a consistent temperature and for a better extraction.

<b>Thermoblock aluminium + inox. (Mobile Filterholder (Versatile)</b>
Its high quality means it can reach working temperatures quickly and in succession. Two thermostats control the temperature of the coffee and steam and a resettable thermostat protects the machine from accidental overheating. High capacity. Oversized to guarantee professional thermal stability and provide quality in every cup.
The water circulates through an Inox circuit, reducing lime scale build-up to a minimum.
Provides a limitless supply of steam.

<b>Professional portafilters and professional filter baskets</b>
following Ascaso's philosophy of transferring the professional components to the espresso world at home, all our machines are provided with chrome brass portafilters and stainless steel filter baskets (for 1 and 2 coffees) of 58 mm diameter and the special filter basket for ESE Pod in the versatile model. Moreover, our versatile model incorporates the latest technology in filters, with the “supercream” version, which achieves an extra creamy extraction. This special pressurised filter guarantees a creamy coffee regardless of the mixture or grinding degree used.

<b>High quality of the materials and components</b>
The Dream coffee machine is made in aluminium. Besides from the 12 colours we present (aluminium painted with technological quality paints, used in Formula 1 and professional navigation) and from the special print (model La Vaca), the star finish is polished aluminium. This finish is achieved by polishing the pieces by hand, one by one. The possible disuniformities of the surface are due to the handcrafted and laborious process that we wish to maintain for its delicacy and that provides each piece with a differential characteristic.
