IP system telephony, i.e. it functions as a system phone attached to an Auerswald telephone system and as a standard SIP phone with a Soft PBX or IP Centrex solution of your provider.

It also allows you to operate it via keys and via a large touch display which drives the level of comfort to undreamed-of heights: Since the COMfortel 3200 is based on the popular Android software, you can operate it with the same convenience as a smartphone and easily adapt it to your individual needs. Upload additional apps, such as social media apps like Facebook and Twitter, or a sophisticated app you have developed yourself, e.g. to control your telephone system.

In order to keep your contact data up to date – on the move or in your office – the COMfortel 3200 will match all the entries with those on your mobile. Synchronizing data e.g. of your Exchange account or Google™ services becomes a routine.

By the way: Optional Bluetooth® is possible with COMfortel 3200. Once coupled with your mobile, the COMfortel 3200 will automatically register via Bluetooth® when you’re reachable over the phone. If not, the call will be automatically transferred to your mobile. The integrated answering machine is also obliged to utmost convenience: It automatically recognizes whether it’s an internal or external call, an anonymous call or a door signal – and responds accordingly. In addition, you can store an individual message for every existing contact in your phonebook. Thanks to an integrated VPN client, connections that are established between an extension, such as a home office, and the head office will be as safe as through an additional VPN router.

The key extension module COMfortel Xtension300 lets you considerably expand the scope of functions: In the maximum configuration, you can conveniently command 210 functions at the press of a key. And the set-up assistant makes installation child’s play. Upon being connected, this phone will automatically look for a DHCP server or an Auerswald telephone system, respectively, to register.
