The exceptional scalability of the new Auerswald IP DECT system leaves no doubt that it’s not made for private use. At its highest configuration level, it is able to support more than 4,000 DECT handsets! Perfectly coordinated, these components ensure superior communication and maximum freedom of movement.

The IP DECT server COMfortel WS-650 IP is a prime example of adaptability: the basic configuration enables cordless telephony for 30 DECT handsets. But in view of the fact that it offers 32 call channels to the PBX system, this would be an insufficient challenge. Especially since you can expand it to 1,024 VoIP channels with additional hardware. A simple software clearing lets you connect up to 4,096 DECT handsets, controlled by up to 256 radio cells.

It is clearly a business solution which offers a high level of security thanks to voice encryption. Configuring the IP DECT multi-cell system as well as the automatic provisioning for the entire DECT infrastructure, including handsets, can be done via a convenient web interface.

To optimally prevent any data abuse, you may opt for SRTP (Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol) which ensures fully encrypted VoIP connections.

The Auerswald IP DECT wireless system consists of several components: the server COMfortel WS-650 IP, up to 256 DECT bases COMfortel WS-Base, if necessary, a COMfortel WS-R2/R4 repeater to extend the range of the bases, and our DECT handsets COMfortel M-100 or M-200.

Mounting brackets for fixed installation in a 19 inch cabinet are part of the package.
