26 x 26 cm, Aluminium/Black This new line is part of the Le Cotture Speciali series and is produced in high-thickness die-cast metal. Die-casting is a more expensive method which requires longer processing time, but the result is doubtlessly a superior product with high-end performance.

By distributing aluminium appropriately, the various parts of a single piece can be cast in different thicknesses. Thus a thicker bottom can be obtained, which guarantees even heat distribution and enhanced performance. The 5-layer white-speckled inside coating is reinforced with Marmotech® particles. It guarantees optimal heat diffusion and the best cooking performances. It is suitable to every heat source, with the exception of induction hobs.

The lids are in glass, allowing to visually check the food while it is cooking. The oval casserole’s lid is quite versatile, and can be used in 3 differen ways: as a lid, as a serving tray and as a baking pan, oven-proof up to 230° centigrade. All the products are guaranteed Made in Italy. The oval casserole with multi-function lid and the wok come in a special packaging that makes them a perfect gift.
