Ø 28, 2L, Aluminium/Stainless steel Reinforced internal coating with Marmotech® particles and external 18/10 stainless steel body – suitable for induction hobs

The new Stone Steel line by Barazzoni features an external structure in 18/10 stainless steel, and an internal coating in non-stick, white-speckled Marmotech®. The excellent characteristics of a noble metal like steel are well-known: long-lasting, wear-resistant and easy to clean.

The three-layer bottom (STEEL-ALUMINIUM-STEEL) allows the heat to spread evenly, and it can be used with any heat source, including induction hobs. The inner 5-layer Marmotech® coating is an extremely rugged non-stick surface. Black with white speckles, Pfoa-free, it will give you the feeling you are cooking on stone.

The silicone handle, ergonomic and heat-free, grants secure grip. The lids in this line are in glass, allowing to visually check the food while it is cooking. Both the glass lids and the silicone handles are oven-friendly, up to 230° centigrade. They were designed by Claudio Bellini.
