It enables a solid mounting of the navigation device in the vehicle with its patented magnet contact. With a simple click, the device can be mounted and removed from the cradle. At the same time, the pole plates of the magnet enable a safe power transmission from the holder to the device. Inconvenient handling of the charger cable is a thing of the past with this concept. You will get your Lifetime Map Updates for the entire lifetime of your individual product or until United Navigation will not anymore receive map data from their third party providers (whichever event comes first). The Lifetime Map updates only refer to the map data supplied with your navigation device and cannot be transferred to a different person or device. You have to use the Content Manager to upload new map data to your navigation device.
