Thickness adjustment knob
A built-in system allows the gauge plate to open up to 14 mm. The numbers on the adjustment knob refer to the actual thickness of the slice in millimetres. This allows for the highest precision, especially when it comes to the thinnest and most commonly used thickness, with a repeatability, which was unthinkable until now.

Optional sharpener
The Home Line slicers are designed to enable the installation of a built-in sharpener, which extends the lifespan of the blade always ensuring the perfect cut. You can position the sharpener manually simply by lifting and rotating it. The sharpener has only one position that does not require any adjustment, thereby ensuring the perfect angle for optimal sharpness. The optional built-in sharpener is available upon request.
