Flywheel P15, 3mm, 285mm The blade
Flywheel P15 has a 100cr6 steel blade with a 285 mm diameter and an 8-position slice thickness adjustment for a slice thickness that ranges between 0.3 and 3 mm. The concave shape of the blade touches the product only at the cutting point, thereby preventing any alteration in taste and scent.
