Scalable Runtimes
All 1-3kVA Rotation UPS systems include internal batteries to give a runtime of up to 10 minutes at full load.
For longer backup times in the event of a mains failure, matching 2U battery modules are provided to scale the runtime from minutes to hours. These can be simply connected to the modules via the dedicated rear mounted DC connector.
Remote Monitoring
For external monitoring all Rotation UPS units also include remote monitoring software for connection to a single server or PC via the USB or RS232 port. This is included free of charge.
Network Management
Making use of the smart slot with the Network management SNMP card, the Rotation UPS can be connected to a local area network via the Ethernet port. The UPS is then assigned its own IP address which can be interrogated from user selected interfaces on the network.
Safe Shutdown
Once connected to the LAN (Local Area Network) the free issue client software can be installed on the servers for monitoring and a safe and controlled event of an extended power outage.
