The unique Breville ‘Still Hot’ feature alerts you when the water’s temperature is above 80 degrees, a temperature suitable for tea and coffee, preventing the need to re-boil and waste energy.

As the water boils, the internal illumination changes from blue to red. Once the kettle has finished boiling, the internal illumination remains red until the temperature of the water drops below 80 degrees.

Along with our innovative Still Hot technology, the VKJ811X has all the features you’d expect in a Breville kettle.
