The ProClip is a mounting bracket for the vehicles dashboard. Onto the ProClip you can install e.g. a holder for your mobile phone or PDA or a handsfree set etc. Safe and convenient -always within easy reach. The ProClip is car specific and easy to install. The installation is quick, no special tools or dismantle of the dashboard is required and it will not damage the interior of the vehicle. Made in black ABS plastic. Comes with detailed instructions. Angled mount Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the ProClip.
1. Use the enclosed alcohol pad to clean the area where the ProClip is to be installed. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap openers approx. 3/4 inch into the seam/gap between the console side wall and the console edge, to widen the gap. Peel off the cover of adhesive tape on the ProClip. Hook the angled edge on the right side of the ProClip into the the gap between the gap openers. Note: If the gap is tight push forward on the upper gap opener at the same time as you hook the angled edge into the gap. Pull out the gap openers.
2. Press one of the gap openers into the gap between the console edge panel and the center panel. Place your fingers behind the face plate and bend the ProClip towards you. At the same time push forward with your thumbs on the corners of the ProClip. The ProClip will flex so the angled edge on the left side of the ProClip wil clear off the console edge. Hook the angled edge over the console edge and into the gap above the gap opener.
3. Press forward on the left side of the gap opener to make sure the angled edge is all the way into the gap. Pull out the gap opener.
4. The ProClip is in place.
