Brodit ProClip

The ProClip is a mounting bracket for the vehicle’s dashboard. Onto the Proclip you can install e.g. a holder for your mobile phone or PDA or a handsfree set etc. Safe and convenient -always within easy reach. The ProClip is car specific and easy to install. The installation is quick, no special tools or dismantle of the dashboard is required and it will not damage the interior of the vehicle. Made in black ABS plastic. Comes with detailed instructions. Center mount Please read all of the instructions and look at the pictures before attaching the ProClip.

Note: This ProClip fits the BMW X5 with or without the navigation system. The same instructions apply.

1. Press the thin end of the enclosed gap opener into the gap between the air vent panel frame and the stereo control panel to widen the gap. Peel off both adhesive tape covers on the ProClip. Press the grooved edge on the lower part of the ProClip into the gap next to the gap opener. Press until you see or hear/feel it snaps into place. Pull out the gap opener.

2. Press the ProClip towards the air vent.

3. Press forward on the upper part of the ProClip so the angled edge goes into the gap between the air vent frame and the padded dashboard.
Press down on top of the ProClip for best possible attachment. Note: If the gap is tight press the thin end of the enclosed gap opener into the gap next to the ProClip to widen the gap.
