Lava Serial card, serial-550 (2-Port ISA Dual 16550) to DB9 serial This card connects two high speed serial peripherals (modems, digital cameras, Palm® PCs, UPSs, TAPI telephones) to one card. It incorporates two high speed 16550 UART 9-pin serial ports capable of handling data throughput rates up to 115.2 kbps. Each serial port is independently configurable as Com 1 through Com 6, and selectable for any of IRQ 2/3/4/5/7/10/11/12/15. The Lava DSerial-550 makes sure that your external modem, Palm PC, digital camera or POS devices perform to their full capacity. Compatible with all 14.4, 19.2, & 28.8 baud and faster external modems.
