The Cisco AS5400XM Universal Gateway chassis has seven slots that can take trunk cards, high-density packet voice/fax digital signal processor (DSP) feature cards,, and universal port (DSP) cards. Mixing high-density packet voice/fax feature cards and universal port DSP cards in the same chassis is not supported.
