The state-of-the-art hardware RAID controller built into the RAX210-3QR offers RAID 0 (stripe) and RAID 1 (mirror) to provide your choice of building one large virtual disk or two copies of the same data.

In addition, the TrayFree bays make adding or swapping drives as easy as opening the door, sliding in the drive, and closing the door. No screws, no trays. It just works.

Cooling has always been a key element in CRU product design to ensure that disk drives do not overheat. All RAX 1U enclosures feature three large 40mm exhaust fans, to help keep your hard drives and your data safe.

The RAX210-3QR also has configurable alarms, which can be set via software to control the temperature thresholds at which alarms will sound.
