Foreign Exchange Station, 20mA, 51x27mm The FXS (Foreign Exchange Station) port is an interface that connect to a station, such as an analog telephone or the FXO interface of another PBX. It provides ringing voltage and battery to the FXO devices. DW-SOHO-M-2S are used on the inside of your SOHO, they do not connect directly to the PSTN. One FXS channel is required for each telephone that you wish to connect to other extensions or make outbound calls.
