The professional, mobile office for working with your Notebook and printer is now also available in a compact version! The mobile computing equipment is protected perfectly by the case's aluminium construction with side walls made of extremely lightweight and durable "Con-Pearl" fabric. TheDataDesk 460/470 Compact is lockable and comes with two keys. The inner shell onto which the hardware is mounted is made of thermoformed ABS components. Notebooks are held in place with 3M Dual Lock fasteners and synthetic corner supports. The HP DJ 460 or HP Officejet H470 printers will fit snugly into a compartment in the base of the case, specifically designed for a printer. This means that your Notebook and printer will remain connected up in your case for when you want to work. The paper feed runs beneath the Notebook to save space and keep the paper crease-free.
Two different adaptors (2 x Euro 8 and 2 x Euro 8 with a protective earth conductor - IBM/ Compaq cable) ensure that Notebooks from different manufacturers can be connected. The inner shell of the case also accommodates an integral USB port for connecting up the USB cable. A 3D USB cable (USB A to USB B) is included, which enables the Notebook to be connected to the printer. The power supply unit from the Notebook and printer are connected via the 220/230V IEC power socket within the case. Storage space for the accompanying cables and for other accessories is located in the lid and the base of the case (one of which has a combination lock). A three-part A4 paper compartment allows documents to be transported safely.
