BT270 Baryt 50 sheets DIN A3 (297 x 420 mm)
This fibre-based substrate with its smooth, silky surface has the properties typical of a classical barite
photo paper. Its triple coating makes it perfectly suited for razor-sharp prints rich in contrast. With
its unique exhibition quality it is equally suited for colour and b/w reproductions. The BT270 paper
is 100% acid-free and therefore extremely resistant to ageing. It has the classical look and feel of a
traditional silver halide barite paper.
Archival consistency:
This paper complies with DIN 6738, ISO 9706, ANSI Z 39.48-1992 neutral sized, neutral PH value,
acid free and therefore extremely age resistant. It offers the highest archival class and has a life time
of several 100 years.
The very good archival properties (at least 50 years) of this paper have been confirmed for various printers/papers/inks combinations by RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology, USA) and WIR (Wilhems Image Reseach, USA).
