Product Description
The Ei129 is designed to alert occupants to the fire with high sound levels within the dwelling, 75 dB(A) at the bed head and 85 dB(A) at the bedroom door by triggering all interconnected alarms.
The Ei129 is an alarm trigger module designed for use in Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMO’s), dwellings and standard domestic properties.
When an EN54 system goes into alarm, an Input / Output module in the loop will activate the Ei129 trigger module. The Ei129 will then turn on all interconnected smoke / heat / fire alarms in the dwelling.
It is powered from the 230V AC mains supply but also has back-up Lithium rechargeable cells.
The Ei129 is designed for use with any Ei2110, Ei140 or Ei160RC Series alarms. It will mount under any of these alarms or alternatively can be fitted with the Ei128COV cover plate to allow remote siting.
The Ei129 is an ideal solution for installations that require an EN54 panel system to be connected to an existing BS5839-6 Grade D system in order to maximize the alarm sound throughout the entire building.
