EK-FB KIT RE4 LE CSQ, Acetal EK-FB KIT RE4 LE CSQ is a hybrid edition water cooling solution for ASUS Rampage IV Extreme motherboard consisting of one water block and one heat sink. The water blocks directly cools power regulation (VRM / MOSFETs) module while the heat sink provides adequate cooling to Intel X79 Express southbridge (PCH) chip. Please note this water block / heat sink kit cools exactly as much heat generating components as ASUS factory cooling solution. It is a high flow water block that can be easily used with systems using weaker water pumps.

Base of the water block is made of electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality POM Acetal material. The sealing is performed by quality rubber gaskets. The southbridge heat sink is made of black painted aluminium.

Water block is mounted with enclosed M3x4 and M3x8 DIN7985 screws and PVC washers while the southbridge heat sink is mounted with M2.5x4 DIN7985 screws and PVC washers. The 2.1- and 2.5mm nickel plated brass screw-in standoffs are already preinstalled and allow for easy installation.

Enclosed 0.5mm thermal pad is used on voltage regulator module to improve cooling performance of the waterblock. On the southbridge please use any electrically non-conductive thermal grease, e.g. Arctic Cooling MX-4 (not included).
