EK-FB GA Z87X-OC Force, Acetal EK-FB GA Z87X-OC Force water block is a complete liquid cooling solution for GIGABYTE® GA-Z87X-OC Force motherboard. The water blocks directly cools Intel Z87 southbridge (PCH), PLX PEX 8474 PCIe lane splitter as well as power regulation (VRM / MOSFETs) module. It is a high flow water block that can be easily used with systems using weaker water pumps.

Base of the waterblock is made of pure electrolytic copper while the top is made of quality POM Acetal material. The sealing is ensured by the use of quality rubber gaskets.

Water block is mounted with enclosed M2.5x4 DIN7985 and M3x4 DIN7995 screws and PVC washers. Brass screw-in standoffs are already preinstalled and allow for easy installation.

Enclosed thermal pad is used on voltage regulator modules to improve cooling performance of the waterblock. On the southbridge (PCH) and PCIe lane splitter chip please use any electrically non-conductive thermal grease, e.g. Gelid GC-Extreme.
